Cars are frequently running the red turn arrow because of the backup. Why does the red arrow turn red when the adjacent light stays red afterwards?? The build up onto the highway is unsafe, the light is not long enough intervals, and the light at marginal way after the exit RARELY has a backup, meaning the exit 7 light can be longer with no repercussions to other traffic. The southbound exit also doesn’t have a comparable backup at the time.
