There are two planks that are broken and let loose on the pier. They looked like trouble so I taped them off in orange tape. They are on the Greenbelt walking trail. Thank you. TWC

This large puddle appears on the side of the road every time it rains. There’s a drain nearby but because of the depression on this side of the road it never gets there.
In the winter this depression results in water spraying up on the sidewalk when cars drive through it creating dangerous slippery walking conditions for pedestrians. It would be great to have this filled in so the water drained out naturally to the nearby street drain at the corner.

Divet in road at end of driveway. Worse since gas company paved right next to it.

There is considerable erosion from street to from on lawn/grass. Can this be fixed? Thank you.

When is the City going to tend to the roads in Evergreen Cemetery? The entrance road is like a washboard and starting to develop small craters. There are many other paved areas with missing pavement & depressions. Most of the gravel roads need regrading. The cemetery roads have been neglected for years and it's overdue for some TLC.

Paper street off of Summit St, in years past the DPW has laid down some reclaim with a front-end loader to fill in some potholes. If you could do that again this year would be much appreciated.

There are two depressed manhole covers, on Forest Ave. both on the Deering Pavilion side of the street. One is next to the intersection of Holly St. , the other is directly across from the entrance of RSVP. They bang the rear doors on 18 wheeler's, tail gates on dump trucks, equipment on landscaping trailers, etc.. It's an incredible racket, as you know its a primary road so it goes on 24 hours a day.
I understand your crews are very much in demand, but would be very grateful if they would be fixed.

Widening sink hole on side of street

lip between driveway and pavement has degraded to point that even my higher clearance car can bottom out even when going slow or trying to avoid holes. when cars are too close to driveway, cannot move to left (tree) and car bottoms at rear especially with hitch rack extended. can this be filled? thanks!

I am located on Brighton Avenue opposite Quirk City Motors. Where the end my driveway meets Brighton Avenue the pavement is breaking down. Each year I have tried to repair it myself using pavement filler, but it continues to break down. Eventually it will become a large pothole. I would truly appreciate it if the City could repair it,. Thank you.
